Service Description

Rules: Book only one out of cooking, painting or rangoli. Only one participant allowed per team. No Heat Allowed: Absolutely no flames, gas, ovens, induction cooktops, or hot plates; only manual tools are permitted. Raw Ingredients: Use fresh, raw ingredients; pre-cooked items are generally disallowed. But pre soaked items are ok. Equipment: Participants must bring their own utensils and ingredients. Hygiene: Mandatory use of gloves and keeping the surroundings clean is a must. Time Limit: Strict time limit for preparation and presentation. Judging Criteria (Commonly Weighted) Taste & Flavor : The most crucial element. Creativity & Innovation : Originality of the concept. Presentation & Garnishing : Visual appeal and plating. Hygiene & Time Management : Cleanliness and efficiency. Presentation Requirements Display Chart: Must include dish name, ingredient list and recipe. Verbal Explanation: Brief explanation to judges about ingredients and process. Only registered contestants, walk ins are not allowed.
